Phase 2 (Tranche 2) is now completed, approved and live, and it covers the part of an account classic tools can't see: Soroban. Why this matters If an account has a Blend deposit, an Aquarius or Soroswap LP position, or Soroban token balances, a normal account merge doesn't touch any of it. Merge the account and that value stays behind in the contracts. LumenWipe now finds it and moves it out before the merge.
