From around 12PM (UK time) price started to collapse and a downtrend began. It was anticipated that this would be a short and the initial few minutes of $ADD and $TICK gave me confidence of that bias. The downtrend held on 1, 5, 15 and 60 minute charts so I felt pretty confident that short was the way. $LGHL was an immediate down move crossing the $6.42 support from pre-market lows. My plan was to get in around $6 for the continuation move however price moved straight back towards $6.42.

I have sizeable brokerage accounts ($ 2.5M) because I saved to take a job like this. But from here on out, I won't be saving much because my salary will barely cover my lifestyle (1M mortgage with 25 years left at 3%, live in a VHCOL area, 2 kids, single income). I may even have to draw on savings for a few years while I adjust down. Brokerage accounts are almost all VOO, so there's very little loss to harvest beyond a bit from some bond fund. I've diversified recently into total stock market and Intl total stock market in my regular 401k. I also have about 12% of my net worth in an inherited TSP G-fund (mostly pre-tax, but a bit Roth).
