Most of my experience is in university teaching and research, plus some earlier industry HR experience outside analytics. I have strong research skills (research design, survey development and psychometrics, and quantitative analysis such as regression and SEM), and I've freshly acquired people analytics skills: SQL, Power BI and Python.
