I first contacted CoinStats on 23 September 2026 because the Profit/Loss and cost-basis figures in my portfolio were clearly incorrect.
Support asked me for examples, so I supplied screenshots and detailed figures for TAO and AURORA showing calculations that did not reconcile.
I then requested a refund and also gave written notice asking CoinStats to cancel my Premium subscription before renewal.
Despite that, on 30 September 2026, CoinStats charged my card A$125.03.
I also tried to cancel through the website, but the documented option was not available on my account.
After seven days, I still had no clear resolution, no confirmed refund, and no confirmed cancellation.
I’ve now formally escalated the matter and am asking CoinStats to:
cancel the subscription,
refund the A$125.03 renewal charge,
confirm there will be no further charges,
and provide a final decision on my original refund request.
I’ll update this post if CoinStats resolves the issue."
