The role seems interesting and a good pivot from SaaS where I have been my whole career. There is a slight pay bump, better benefits (mainly 401k match), and a bit bump in title. My biggest reservation is the management piece. I have no management experience and I’m just questioning if it’s something I am ready for. Jumping from 0 to 12 direct reports seems a little daunting."
