Everyone seems to have there own reason for becoming a bitcoiner. There are common themes for some of the more desirable aspects. For me, it’s about scarcity. My belief is AI will continue to get more powerful and capable and will start manifesting itself in the physical world. At that point, few things become truly scarce. Take gold. Can you imagine hundreds of robots gold mining. No holiday pay. No sick leave. No entitlements. No health and safety. They work 24/7 mining gold, carting it out. Mines deemed to dangerous for humans won’t be a factor. In the future, gold won’t be scarce like it has traditionally been."
