I have been dealing with a prolonged compliance review on Binance for the past several months regarding funds that were transferred from other Exchange . Brief timeline: • Funds originally came from trading profits (including a prop firm) and were withdrawn to that Exchange .
• I transferred the funds to Binance in multiple parts.
• Binance repeatedly held/refunded the deposits and put the account under compliance review.
• Over time I was asked to complete multiple P2P volume requirements and third-party (friend’s) transfers. Each time support told me it was the “final step” or “no further transfer would be required.” They just keep asking several deposits in terms of verification from me and still they are refusing to do final approval.
• After completing several of these steps, new requirements kept appearing (additional volume, bank statement of third party, specific transfers, etc.).
Recently I refused to make any further transfers/deposits. After that, Binance support started asking for formal Source of Funds (SOF) documents.
I have already provided detailed explanations of the source of funds earlier. I do not have clean additional government/bank documents that satisfy their current request because a significant portion of the money used for the repeated verification steps came from loans after getting stuck in this loop."
