AVAX keeps getting headlines while the price reaction stays weak. That gap is the part I’m watching. Ethena Pay launched on Avalanche this week, using the network for USDe transfers, payments, and settlement. Avalanche’s payments group also now includes 29 organizations across stablecoins, asset management, and cross-border payments. On paper, that gives AVAX a clearer institutional and payment story. The harder question is how much of that activity reaches the token. Avalanche Foundation’s own research said C-Chain fee burns are the main direct value channel today, and that capture is still small compared with the value staying at the app layer. Good ecosystem news can take time to show up in AVAX demand."
