So again I'm doing my homework I'm learning a lot, I created my own entropy with dice rolls and created a new seed phrase and included a passphrase, and I moved my stack over to that. Despite this being a terrible situation, it forced me to re-learn some things that I kind of forgotten about, and to learn some new things. I'm still a firm believer in, "not your keys not your coin" - but it's clear now more than ever that this approach is reserved strictly for the technically savvy."
