I saw that ledgers don't actually hold any coins, so why is the recipient address for one? I did practice transfers before and they went smoothly, so I'm not sure why the recipient changed. Cryptos involved are XRP, XLM, and Hbar. Transferred crypto out of D'cent wallet, funds didn't arrive and it says that they were sent to a Bithomp ledger. How to get funds back or reverse transfer?"
