 的U卡，目前用中国护照能申请，手机号那估计还是要外区手机号，因为我用国内手机号显示操作频繁。

至于地址证明，我用的当时开plasma的地址证明过的，这个卡他们说挺不错的，就是前面kyc不了，晚点我去消费一下看看损耗咋样。
