So this measures the premium at which the common equity is trading relative to the underlying residual Bitcoin value after the deduction of senior claims. And if you're focused on net VPS accretion, that threshold is fixed at 1x and stays static based on the updated MNAF framework. So if MNAF is above 1x and strategy issues common stock through the ATM program to buy and hold either dollars or buy and hold Bitcoin, then the net VPS would go up and there would be a creation, all else equal in the Bitcoin price."
