I made a single test transaction which worked fine, and now when I try to transfer the rest to the same address my account gets locked for suspicious activity, even though I input my current authenticator code. I then have to unlock my account by providing my passport and photo but once I've done that my account is blocked from making transfers for 24 hours. The first time I waited the 24 hours and then tried again and was blocked again. After I unlocked my account for the 2nd time I contacted "support" who said I had to wait the 24 hours and to reach out to them before I tried again. Today I did just that. The agent said to try the transfer again which I did. I supplied my authenticator code, and had my account locked again.
