We have over $8000 in BTC. Never had an issue with withdrawing. Now it won’t let us. Chat is saying they don’t know and it’s under review. When checked today, they asked the same questions, almost like they cannot read previous messages, and still said under review but made sure to say “we aren’t going to keep your funds”. According to other posts, it seems like they do keep funds. Anyone else have issues with this and got it fixed? No, we haven’t reached any limits and all identification has been verified."
