When a confidential token transfer occurs, block scale can still show the sender's address, the recipient address, the transaction hash, the block containing the transaction, and the associated contract activity. What remains protected is the transfer amount and the confidential token balance. This allows users to prove the transfer occurred without revealing the value that was transferred. The distinction is very important. The goal is not to remove accountability or make blockchain activity impossible to audit. The goal is to provide selective visibility. The network can confirm the valid transaction occurred and that smart contract followed its rules. The explorer can surface the structure and history of the transaction. At the same time, the sensitive financial value remains encrypted. This gives users a combination that traditional public tokens cannot provide. Verifiable activity with confidential amounts."
