[Spoken audio]: We have Business Insider. There was an article a couple of days ago, June 4th. There's a private individual put a Brooklyn home on the market for $6 million. That's not strange. What's out of the ordinary here is that they are willing to trade it for Bitcoin or anthropic stock. And when you actually start to read through the article, I got the sense that this is not an isolated thing. It sounds like some of these higher end residential real state offerings are, you know, these are starting to become a little bit more, you know, commonplace, which I think is really interesting. I mean, the Bitcoin and the anthropic shares aside, you know, I think if I'm putting my broker hat on, I think they're probably just trying to signal to the market that they're willing to, you know, get creative with deal structures. I think that always there's value there and always goes a long way as far as just giving the market, you know, signaling to the market that we're, you know, we're open to being created and flexible. Whether or not this actually trades for Bitcoin or anthropic shares will be really interesting. I got to track this and maybe we'll come back in 60, 90 days and have something to point to here. But I think it also, which is interesting, I think it just really underscores how people are, how things are changing and how people are thinking about not only storing value over time, but also mediums of exchange. Right. I mean, there's not a mention in here of dollars, right? There's not a mention in here of stablecoins, right? That someone's selling their real estate, right, which has been monetized over the last 50 years for two things that arguably have, you know, more upside, their store in value better than what's being sold."
