So in order to access these higher rates, you usually have to set up your own non-gustodial wallet, navigate a new protocol, figure out all kinds of permissions, and then finally connect multiple applications to track your performance. All accessible via the main Robinhood app. So I'm actually gonna show you how easy it is to lend my crypto and earn the 7%. And fair warning, the 7% was just too good, so I actually deposited about 20,000 a few days ago. And as you can see here, it's doing pretty well. So I'll lend a little bit more and I'll lend about $1,000 so you can see the full experience at scale. This product uses USDG, but you can actually start with your own cash balance. And rather than buying USDG and then separately starting a deposit, we've made it a seamless flow so that you can both buy and lend within the same experience. Very good. All right. I'll start by lending. I'll input $1,000. I'm gonna confirm my USDG purchase and by submitting, I'm actually authorizing this transaction on chain. So that's three taps and faster than swiping my credit card. And it's definitely faster that the The deposit will settle on the robin a chain within a few seconds and as you can see, just like that, the earnings are accumulating right now live. Okay. So now let's say I'd like to use a portion of these funds for a vacation, say right after this event. What's up with all these vacations? You know, it's a summer after all.
